Your Coaching Journey

We've designed the process to be as simple and stress-free as possible. Here's what happens from start to finish.

Fill Out the Booking Form

Tell us your name, target role, experience level, and when your interview is scheduled. This helps us match you with the right coach and prepare relevant questions. The form takes less than 2 minutes to complete.

Free 15-Minute Consultation

We call you to understand your specific situation. What role are you targeting? What's your biggest concern? Have you interviewed before? This helps us customize your session and recommend the right service for your needs.

Session Scheduling

We schedule your coaching session at a time that works for you. Sessions are available 7 days a week, 9 AM to 9 PM IST. You'll receive a Google Meet or Zoom link via email, along with any pre-session preparation tips.

Live Coaching Session

Your coach conducts the session — whether it's a mock interview, strategy discussion, or behavioral coaching. The session is recorded so you can review it later. Your coach provides real-time feedback throughout.

Written Feedback Report

Within 24 hours, you receive a detailed feedback report. It covers what you did well, what needs improvement, specific suggestions for each answer, and an action plan for your next steps. This is a document you can refer back to.

Follow-Up Support

For package clients, we provide ongoing support between sessions via WhatsApp or email. Ask questions, share updates, get quick tips before your actual interview. We're here until you've completed your interview process.

Sessions range from 45 to 90 minutes depending on the service you choose. Single mock interviews are 45 minutes, strategy sessions are 60 minutes, and Express Prep sessions are 90 minutes. Package sessions are 45 minutes each (60 minutes for Executive Coaching).
What platform do you use for sessions?
We use Google Meet or Zoom for all sessions. You'll receive a meeting link via email before your scheduled session. You don't need to install any special software — both platforms work in your web browser.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, you can reschedule up to 12 hours before your session at no extra cost. If you need to reschedule with less than 12 hours' notice, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you guarantee I'll get the job?
No. Interview outcomes depend on many factors including the competition, the hiring manager's preferences, and the overall job market. What we do guarantee is that you'll be significantly better prepared than if you went in without coaching. We help you perform at your best — the rest depends on factors beyond anyone's control.
What if I'm not satisfied with a session?
For package clients (Starter, Professional, and Executive), we offer a redo guarantee. If you're not happy with any session, we'll redo it at no extra cost. For single sessions, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on our satisfaction process.
How quickly will I receive my feedback report?
You'll receive your detailed written feedback report within 24 hours of your session. The report is sent to your email address and includes specific feedback on each answer, communication style observations, body language notes, and an action plan for improvement.
Do I need any special equipment?
You need a computer or smartphone with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. We recommend using a laptop or desktop for the best experience, as it more closely simulates a real video interview environment.
